RETURN POLICY
Returns
Our priority is to make sure our customers are happy! If you are not totally satisfied, please email us at warehouse@thebasketco.com for a refund within 5 days of receiving your package. Simply mail the unused portion / remaining product back to us for a refund on your order.
Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5-day window from delivery.
Furthermore, if you choose in-store pick up and do not pick up your order within 5 business days, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Defects (if applicable)
If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at warehouse@thebasketco.com with a description and photo of the issue. Will replace any defective products/bags, and ask you to dispose of the products in discussion once we confirm there is an issue.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: TBC, The Basket Company, Inc. PO Box 291 (use only with USPS returns), 4718 Cramer Drive, Ashville, NY 14710.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
